Using scrubbing mitts and oil (a choice of lightly scented or fragrance-free oil is available), Mary scrubs your whole body leaving your skin soft and very, very smooth. This far surpasses anything you can do in your own shower. It's like the difference between brushing your teeth at home or getting them polished at the dentist's office. What is nice about this technique, is that you don't feel all gritty like you do with a salt or sugar glow nor do you get so greasy that you need to wipe yourself off before dressing. A full body polish takes about 30 minutes, so plan on a minimum of 45 minutes for your total appointment.
